What is it?
The Nederlands Theater Festival marks the official start of the Dutch theatre season with an 11-day showcase of the year's most impressive productions—spanning drama, cabaret, youth theatre, mime, and experimental performance. Featured works are selected by seven independent juries from the Netherlands and Flanders, and the festival also hosts dialogue sessions, workshops, opening speeches, and the prestigious Gala van het Nederlands Theater.
